These Terms govern your participation in the L’Isolina Pasta Alerts SMS program (“Program”). By opting in (e.g., texting “PASTA” to 631-31-PASTA), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy above.

Program Description

You will receive recipes, product launches, and flavor alerts from L’Isolina Pasta (up to 4 msgs/month). Message and data rates may apply.

Eligibility & Consent

• You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number.
• By opting in, you provide express consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us at the mobile number provided.

Opt Out & Support

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help or email hello@lisolinapasta.com.

Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and location.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Program for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Program or your access at any time, with or without notice, consistent with applicable law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
