Our pasta is made locally in Southampton and bronze extruded in the traditional Gragnano method to create a rough surface texture perfect for clinging to sauces. It is made with a blend of Organic Heritage Semolina and stone-ground whole-grain red wheat, grown and milled locally by Amber Waves Farm and Balsam Farms in Amagansett. L'Isolina Pasta is dried slowly at low temperature, preserving the flavor and nutrients of these beautiful grains. You will taste and feel the difference!
